Wafa House, is a multifaceted agency that proudly provides legal advocacy for our clients to connect them to legal resources in the community. We believe in a holistic, restorative justice approach when handling client cases.

We aim to provide support and services targeting the undeserved and marginalized populations such as Muslim, Arab, South Asian and Immigrant communities.
Our Legal Services consists of:
  • A staff attorney who practices Family Law, which includes:
    • Restraining Orders resulting from domestic violence and/or sexual assault
    • Child Support Matters
    • Child Custody Matters
    • Divorce Matters
  • A paralegal, who manages the case alongside the staff attorney.
  • A legal advocate, who can provide information about legal issues, helps clients navigate issues related to their case, and conduct consultations and provide referrals and resources. 
  • Pro-Bono Attorney Referral Program
