Case Management

Our Master’s Level, bilingual Case Managers ensure clients utilize the appropriate services available to them, develop a treatment plan, and follow through with clients on their progress. All clients’ situations are evaluated and the best courses of action for each individual or family are implemented, coordinating both in-house and wraparound social services, as needed, in a cohesive, time sensitive plan.

By implementing a success plan, our clients are given the opportunity to achieve independence in a systematic, but also deeply gratifying way. Each successful step offers clients a sense of independence and confidence, while achieving the critical goal of financial and personal safety and security for her and her family.
