Working one-on-one in a confidential and culturally sensitive environment, our support meetings help individuals explore their emotions, values, and actions; work through challenging or impactful experiences; identify areas for improvement; gain a deeper understanding of themselves and others; set personal goals; and make meaningful changes in their lives.
Wafa House Eligibility Criteria
Wafa House provides mental health support services, case management, and legal services to survivors of domestic violence (DV) and sexual assault (SA), with a focus on underserved communities, particularly Arab and South Asian individuals.
