Working one on one in a confidential and culturally sensitive environment, our counseling sessions allow individuals to explore their feelings, beliefs, and behaviors, work through challenging or influential memories, identify aspects of their lives that they would like to change, better understand themselves and others, set personal goals, and work toward desired change.
Wafa House Eligibility Criteria
Wafa House provides mental health counseling, case management, and legal services to survivors of domestic violence (DV) and sexual assault (SA), with a focus on underserved communities, particularly Arab and South Asian individuals.
